Jessica brings 16 years of Wall Street experience and 6 years of building and leading HerFinIQ to every program, workshop, and session she delivers. That depth of experience is what makes FinIQ Edu different. It is not a theory. It is real-world financial knowledge shaped by years inside the industry and years of teaching it to real people in a way that actually sticks.

Jessica saw firsthand how financial confusion held people back, not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had ever taught them how money & investing really works. That realization became the spark behind HerFinIQ, a platform built to help women build confidence, master investing, and achieve lasting financial freedom.

Over time, HR leaders and organizations started reaching out. They wanted to offer their employees something meaningful, something that would genuinely strengthen their teams financially and support stronger benefit participation. That is when Jessica built FinIQ Edu as a dedicated workplace vertical, bringing the same proven approach into professional settings for all employees.

Her work has impacted 25+ organizations and touched over 2,000 participants, contributing to over $1 million in cumulative growth.
